Job Description

Job Title : Senior BA
Location: Montreal (office attendance from Day 1- 3 x per week)
12 Months ContractYears of experience : 5 years experience:Project Management:
Lead Project Planning, execution and delivery
Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones
Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and Senior ManagementBusiness Analysis:
Conduct process/data analysis to identify issues and the root cause
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
Translate business requirement into technical requirement for development team
Develop Process Design Document (PDD)/ Software Design Document/ Test Plan
Conduct UAT testing with stakeholdersStakeholder Management:
Serve as Primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical team
Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives and manage stakeholders expectationsSkills Required:
Senior resource with good analytical, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
Excellent Communication
Excellent Business Acumen (Data Center Domain preferred)
Senior level experience creating business requirements on ServiceNow, Tableau
Senior level experience expert in various tools such as MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint and in SDLC models (waterfall/Agile etc.)
Adaptability to changing priorities/requirements
Solid Leadership skills required to manage project and stakeholder expectations
