• Conduct detailed analysis of historical financial trends, quality of earnings , sustainability of EBITDA, operational metrics, quality of assets, working capital profile and potential risks and opportunities of the Target company.
• Build and prepare technical based analyses, projections, forecasts and financial models
• Assist financial and corporate acquirers and vendors in evaluating M&A opportunities by understanding deal hypotheses and company value drivers and risks
• Project management and coordination of project logistics internally as well as with clients and other stakeholders
• Identify and communicate competitive issues, market trends and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target market
• Design and develop high-quality deliverables including engagement proposals, reports, presentations and correspondence
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
• Lead engagement teams while coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals

Skills and Experience

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field is considered an asset
• CPA or CFA designation
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in assurance or accounting orientated roles.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in transaction or due diligence services
• Extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Strong technical accounting skills with detailed knowledge Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in business and practice development
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $97,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education.
