We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for a Senior Art Director with some background in the Canadian Healthcare space for a leading Client. This is a hands-on role where the Senior Art Director will be responsible for digital assets in need of tweaking, modulization for content for cross channel initiatives including: large web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing. Individuals should possess strong design skills and a super passion for quality. This role closely partners with our ACD Copy in Toronto.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

In this role, you will

  • Create a range of concepts and designs for each project and be able to partner with the ACD Copy to ensure the art direction and visual presentation supports the concept
  • Communicate visual designs, motion design, concepts and storyboards through presentations and securing client approval of recommended designs
  • Ability to execute cross channel and digital work
  • Deftly juggling multiple projects while inspiring & motivating both your creative teammates and your clients
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the table:

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Senior Art Director who is both tremendously qualified and awesome to work with, which usually includes:
  • Energy, a sense of humor and an open & curious mind (yes, these things really do matter)
  • Exceptional design skills and a robust portfolio that shows your talent
  • Strong experience on large cross-channel and mastery of Web production and the capabilities within digital channels
  • A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
  • An expert understanding of Adobe CS

Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE CANADIAN PHARMA EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Creative agency experience
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with good humans
  • Art direction experience and formal design training with exceptional design skills
  • An overall understanding of web production and the capabilities within digital channels is essential
  • Expert use of Adobe CS
