Take your ambitions to the next level

• Act as the single point of contact for all questions regarding data, systems or technology involved in the migration;
• Contribute to and validate the approach and deliverables proposed by the firm and liaise with the integration site as required;
• Identify the meeting points (dependencies) with the other projects and ensure the linkage with the Enterprise Architecture Consultant and other senior architecture consultants/integrators as needed;
• Actively participate in workshops with the vendor;
• Work closely with technical resources, systems specialists and business resources to maximize the quality of deliverables;
• Act as a leader in supporting the various stakeholders (business, development, solution and others) in resolving problems and issues related to data migration.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology;
• Relevant and demonstrated expertise in data migration;
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in solution design or software package integration;
• Demonstrated experience in the life insurance industry and, ideally, in group insurance, healthcare and disability management;
• Experience delivering projects in Agile mode or knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or others;
• Knowledge of group insurance software packages such as Global IQX, Vi-tech, Telus, and Fineos (an asset);
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and ArchiMate;
• Ability to demonstrate leadership in your actions and interventions;
• Excellent team spirit and collaboration;
• Ability to interact with different people and teams (clients, development teams, business domain experts, IT experts and managers);
• Strong communication skills, such as simplifying technical concepts to IT teams or business people;
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work on complex files with different dimensions (business, development, infrastructure, security);
• Ability to work on several files at the same time, with attention to detail;
• Strong tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty;
• Bilingualism (ability to work with an English-speaking supplier);
• Communication with teams in both French and English. Level expected:
