The Winnipeg office serves as a central hub to a diverse team of design professionals working on projects across the public and private sectors, throughout the prairies and across Canada.


Responsibilities



Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects. Manage a team of consultants Client communication Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets Manage the financial aspect of the project including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results. Supporting the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation including schedule and fee

Qualifications



Registered architect in Winnipeg or eligibility to be registered in the province 7+ years experience working in a similar role Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.

Applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to Winnipeg, MB.

We will provide a relocation allowance for the selected candidate, if required.
