What you'll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager to contribute to the solution delivery team
• You will create designs that meets the customer requirements, fits within the OSS/BSS infrastructure and is designed to make the best use of company product offerings
• Provide technical leadership and accountability for developing a major product or subsystem for a large solution within the customer's enterprise architecture
• Ensure technical viability of solutions as defined in the Statement of Work and subsequent change requests, identifying technical issues
• Create and validate work estimates and skills required to assist project management with task scheduling and resource requests, including providing technical task identification and proposed delegation
• Coordinate with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on target
• Work with customer to gather and document requirements, guiding the customer to develop requirements across OSS and BSS domain

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 5 years of experience in Singleview
• 10 years software development and application implementation with C, C++, Perl, Java, SQL, or XML
• Senior design experience in UNIX and database applications
