Join a top employer and advance your career. Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with Aplin to hire a Senior Angular Developer to provide software development services for their initiative. This is a 26-month remote contract opportunity open to candidates Canada-Wide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an approach and detailed work plan to accommodate completion of the application within the specified project timeline and budget
• Design application as per process 'flow' of application
• Design User Interface elements for the application as per business requirements
• Design and implement UI application architecture and framework
• Design and develop Angular application by consuming APIs developed using Microsoft stack
• Perform Unit Test of the application as per business requirements
• Perform knowledge transfer of the application, tools, and development methods to selected staff

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of recent experience in application and software development, with expertise in development of User Interface elements for the web and mobile application
• 5+ years of recent experience in Angular 1.6.x/2.x/4.x/6.x/8.x/9.x/10.x/11.x/12.x/13.x/14.x framework
• 5+ years of recent experience in consuming REST APIs developed using Microsoft stack (Web API2)
• 5+ years of recent experience in developing applications with JavaScript and JQuery, should have experience in development of custom JQuery components
• 3+ years of recent experience in developing code using CI/CD and Azure DevOps
• 1+ year of recent experience in building Cordova framework-based iOS and Android apps for Angular framework-based application
• Demonstrated recent experience (2 projects) with cross-browser compatibility and code performance improvements of Angular framework-based web/mobile application
• Demonstrated recent experience (1 project) with building Cordova framework-based iOS and Android apps for Angular framework-based application
