Join the Treasury team responsible for financial and market risk management processes and models used in forecasting, reporting and monitoring of business performance and ALM related risk exposures. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
- Lead processes to analyze and manage interest rate and foreign currency risks
- Research industry best practices and make recommendations
- Develop and maintain reports and models
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and maintain Treasury policies and frameworks
- Partner with other divisions to monitor and analyze our loan pricing
- Confident communicator who easily builds business relationships
- Team player passionate about helping others succeed
- Analytical thinker able to apply their knowledge and make recommendations
- A forward-looking problem-solver with sound judgment
- Self-starter who can manage multiple goals and priorities
- An undergraduate degree in economics, business or finance and at least six years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases is essential; experience in Treasury and/or with IRRBB management are assets.
- MBA, CFA or CPA designation
- A love for finance
