Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain processes and job aids
• Gathering and documenting business and system requirements, current and proposed process mappings
• Recommend changes to established business processes,
• Ability to propose alternative solutions to meet business requirements
• Strong ability to document business needs and requirements to stakeholders
• Plan and prioritize workload, adapt to priority changes and manage with work interruptions
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English & French, both orally and written
• Ability to lead meetings for hosted or virtual teams; in either remote or office environments
• Ensure detailed documentation of business requirements

Critical Qualifications

• 2-3 years of pertinent experience knowledge in governance risk and compliance
• MS Office suite basic level
• Post secondary diploma or equivalent work experience
• Bilingualism required:
• In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
• As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English.
• Excellent communication and team working skills and able to conduct presentations
• Organized and has a good capacity for analysis when confronted with challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of security industry standards, regulation and compliancy
• Basic knowledge of wireless architecture and security
• Support user acceptance testing process, including preparation of acceptance criteria, review of the test plans and scenarios, review of test results
• Basic financial acumen and awareness of SoX compliancy
• Basic understanding of legal contractual language
• Basic understanding of Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA, CPPA)
• Gathering and documenting business and system requirements, current and proposed process mapping
• Risk management experience in documenting, ranking and remediation
