Reporting to Senior Director, Commodity Procurement, the Senior Analyst, Risk Management & Commodity Market Intelligenence plays a key role in driving data-driven insights and strengthening FGF's and WB's sourcing risk governance. This position combines deep analytical capabilities with market understanding to monitor, assess, and communicate sourcing risks, cost exposures, and market developments across key commodities. The role requires both critical thinking and practical execution--connecting financial, market, and operational data to support strategic sourcing and executive decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop deep
expertise
in market risk analysis
by continuously learning and applying the most up-to-date methods for measuring, modeling, and mitigating sourcing and commodity exposure risks.
Design,
maintain
, and enhance a system of risk indicators
that monitors key market movements, cost drivers, and exposure across all commodity categories -- ensuring these insights are embedded into sourcing and leadership decision-making.
Build and manage comprehensive risk profiles
for each major ingredient and commodity, combining internal cost structures, supplier positions, and external market intelligence to present a clear picture of total exposure.
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Team
and other functions (Finance, Planning, Data, Operations) to ensure alignment, accuracy, and integrity of risk data flowing through all systems and reports.
Leverage data as the foundation for insight
-- using advanced quantitative and mathematical techniques to identify trends, correlations, and potential vulnerabilities within supply and pricing structures.
Translate complex risk data into actionable insights
, developing dashboards, scorecards, and visual tools that support timely and informed business decisions.

Continuously improve analytical processes
, data models, and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility, accuracy, and predictive capability of risk monitoring tools.

Support strategic decision-making

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Finance
, Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related analytical discipline
; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification (CFA, FRM, CTP, etc.) is an advantage
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related role
Stro
ng analytical and mathematical foundation
, with proven ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Demonstrated experience in
quantitative or data-driven roles
such as procurement analytics, finance, commodity risk management, or supply chain analysis.
Advanced proficiency in
Excel
(pivot tables, logic and statistical functions, modeling, visualization); experience with
Power BI, SAP, or programming tools (VBA, Python, SQL)
is an asset.
