They ensure implementation in collaboration with various stakeholders, while promoting the adoption of best practices, standards and learning strategies in line with industry standards. The incumbent is also committed to implementing key employee engagement programs, such as culture, leadership development, organizational survey, and diversity and inclusion programs. Beyond ensuring the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of these programs, they are also a subject matter expert for the entire organization.
