This role works more specifically to support the Operational Excellence Business Partners, to facilitate continuous improvement in safe production and cost performance. These provide opportunities to grow your career through a dedicated technical path while being rewarded for your unique skills.xe2x80x8bReporting to the Coordinator Operational Excellence, you will:Provide strategic, tactical and technical support, training, and coaching to operations and support teams in identifying, scoping, and executing business improvement projectsAssist in deployment of business improvement method and tools, in line with the business improvement strategy/planBe a part of SPS (Safe Production System) deployment in knowing best practices, coaching the management team and supporting the implementationLead area-wide business improvement projects, including but not limited to Six Sigma projects, Mandate Teams, Task Forces, Kaizens, 5S events or other Lean initiatives.Please note: Fly-in-fly-out arrangements are not available.
