About the role
Were looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!
What youll do here:
Perform a variety of administrative duties requiring a good working knowledge of standard methods and established procedures.
Assist with onboarding and off boarding tasks pertaining to department employees.
Assist with compiling and submitting department expense reports.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments, travel arrangements and preventing conflicts in schedules.
Compose and type routine correspondence.
Assist with additional department committee tasks and requests.
Assist the Employee Experience Advisor with employee engagement initiatives and strategies.
What you bring to the table:
At least 5 years of experience.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including (Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint administration)
Prior experience with event planning and event coordination (asset)
Experience with Canva (asset)
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
