About The Role

The Senior Accounts Receivable Technician must effectively coordinate all aspects of the billing and collection of accounts receivable processes in support of the business needs. This position requires to communicate and interact with Altasciences personnel and clients.

What You'll Do Here

Invoicing - prepare invoices / credit notes when needed Monitor accounts receivable to ensure payments are received timely. Distribute invoices and statement of accounts to clients via hard copy or electronically through email or portals. Manage daily the Receivables Inbox Fill in vendor forms and online registration requests from clients. Calling clients for bank account verification. Manage client escalations, understanding situation and bringing to closure, liaising with Manager Accounts Receivable as necessary Manage reporting of weekly invoicing, weekly cash collections and other reporting as required providing to Manager Accounts Receivable for review and issuance Train/mentor Accounts Receivable Technicians Delegate for Manager Accounts Receivable as needed Other duties assigned by the manager including but, not limited to preparing reports, cross training, and other tasks as necessary.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Associate degree in accounting, required Accounts Receivables experience minimum of 3 years, required In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficient experience with Excel Experience using Workday is an advantage. Strong customer service skills Ability to successfully perform duties autonomously Strong analytical skills Ability to handle complex situations Time management adeptness (i.e., timelines and due dates, organization, alacrity, etc.) Effective, skillful communication Attention to Detail
