Accounting Professionals with a focus in Accounts Payable who want to join a dynamic Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Global Organization, this role is for you. We have clients hiring Accounting and Senior Accounts Payable Specialists who have graduated with a BA in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business, and similar fields. These contract opportunities are working hybrid 3-days on-site and 2-days remotely Downtown Toronto. The Accounting and Senior Accounts Payable Specialists will work apart of a large Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting team conducting account, bank, transaction analysis, invoice processing, and vendor inquiries on a very high volume. Only candidates who can work at a fast pace, have strong initiative and prioritization skills can be considered for this dynamic, high-growth and ever-changing organization. The Accounting and Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will use Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, large sets of data) with confidence as well as in-depth knowledge of large-scale ERPs such as SAP, Netsuite, MS Dynamics 365.

The Accounting and Accounts Payable Specialists will present their analysis and transaction findings at weekly team meetings, Professional English verbal and written is required for the presentations. The Accounting and Accounts Payable Specialist is a long-term contract opportunity, 12 months in duration. Previous experience with vendor account management, month-end financial statement preparation, and daily bank and account reconciliation is required for this role. Candidates who are strategic, problem solvers, and possess natural leadership skills will be considered an asset to the organization. 3+ years\' of progressive work experience in accounting with a variety of systems, financial reporting, and IFRS or US GAAP will allow you to stand out from other candidates.
