Responsibilities:

• Manage audit teams, meetings, and client engagements.
• Plan fieldwork budgets and resources.
• Audit correctly
• Effectively manage, sign off, and report audit results
• Use Word, Excel, CaseWare, CaseView, and TaxPrep skills.
• Prepare notice to readers, assurance engagements, personal and corporate tax returns, HST returns, T4\'s, T5\'s, T3\'s, and accounting.
• Promote the Firm to new clientele.
• Actively mentor junior team members.
• Communicate with clients and teammates verbally and in writing.
• Think strategically, flourish in a dynamic client-focused culture, and build a high-performing team.
• To promote the Firm, operate ethically, professionally, confidentially, tactfully, diplomatically, and sensitively.

Qualifications

CPA

1 5 years post-designation

Public accounting experience (Considered an asset)
