Job Duties:

• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Generate invoices; verifies accuracy and completeness of all required information including current pricing, quantity, and other charges.
• Perform account reconciliation between shipping report and sales report
• Follow up on, collect and apply payments
• Send account statements, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or enquiries with customers
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Analyze customer portal reports and fee structure.
• Produce regular reports including aging reports, forecasting reports.
• Keep track of customers account status
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Filing sales tax monthly
• Reconcile payroll calculation, process payroll run in PR system and post JE
• Filing monthly EHT, WSIB
• Reconcile and analysis of inventories data
• Performs other accounting duties as requested

• college or university degree/diploma in accounting
• knowledge of accounts receivable and payroll
• knowledge of general accounting principals
• more than 5 years accounts receivable and payroll experience

• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• self-motivated and ability to work to deadlines with good prioritization and time management skills
• problem analysis and problem solving skills
• work well independently and within a team
• advanced skills in excel
• Can speak Mandarina and English
