This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded, Senior Accountant, to join our dynamic Project team in our Toronto location to work full-time on one specific client assignment. The client is a large Canadian company that has global operations. Our assignment relates to maintaining 100 general ledgers (80% of the entities with little or no activity). Your role as a key member of the team will be involved in client service, working on a team basis, and executing on the Project along with a Partner, Senior Manager, Manager and 3 other staff. Travel will not be required so it presents an opportunity to work full-time from our Downtown Toronto office, while at the same time, learn about financing structures for global acquisitions and financing products.

As a Senior Accountant, Assurance - Direct Client your responsibilities will include:

Think you've got what it takes to be a Senior Accountant, Assurance - Direct Client? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:

• A CPA designation (or near completion of CPA designation)
• 3+ Years of experience in accounting / finance department
• Strong technical expertise in accounting
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to grasp new technology tools
