The Account Manager at Square Digital acts as the primary liaison between clients and our internal digital teams. This role ensures the successful execution of ongoing marketing and web initiatives, maintaining client satisfaction and driving measurable business outcomes across Email Marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, and Web Design.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining proactive and transparent communication.
Understand each client's business objectives, audience, and brand positioning to align digital strategy accordingly.
Develop and present monthly performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and optimization roadmaps.
Identify growth opportunities across Square Digital's service offerings (cross-sells, upsells, and new initiatives).
Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables meet or exceed performance KPIs and timelines.
Email Marketing
Oversee campaign strategy, content calendar planning, and automation workflows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure campaigns are visually engaging and properly segmented.
Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions to optimize ongoing campaigns.Coordinate A/B testing strategies and provide actionable insights to enhance lifecycle marketing performance.
Meta Ads (Paid Social)
Work with media buyers to plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
Interpret data and provide clients with clear performance insights, ROAS analysis, and budget recommendations.
Coordinate creative testing and audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
Ensure ad compliance and proper pixel/tracking setup across Shopify and landing pages.
SEO Management
Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
Communicate SEO results through regular reports highlighting traffic trends, keyword rankings, and content opportunities.
Partner with content teams to align organic strategies with broader marketing goals.
Ensure all new website content and pages adhere to best SEO practices.
Web Design & Development
Oversee website updates, UX improvements, and new page builds for client Shopify or WordPress sites.
Translate client feedback into actionable design and development tasks.
Coordinate QA testing and launch timelines with the production team.
Ensure all web deliverables are mobile-optimized, conversion-focused, and brand-aligned.
Project & Team Coordination
Develop project timelines, deliverable schedules, and progress trackers for all active accounts.
Coordinate between design, development, and marketing departments to ensure on-time execution.
Review deliverables before client submission to ensure quality and accuracy.
Manage client budgets, track hours, and ensure scope adherence.
Reporting & Optimization
Produce and present monthly performance reports combining data from Meta Ads, Email, SEO, and Web.
Use analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Shopify) to identify trends and opportunities.
Recommend optimizations based on performance insights and client goals.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Excellent project management and multitasking ability.
Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
Agency experience preferred; understanding of DTC ecommerce brands is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00-$2,500.00 per month
