Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise ICT solution or services sales, with a strong focus on Cloud environments. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our ICT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, with a focus on ICT solutions and services in Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant customer-facing/account-managing experience, enterprise ICT Solution or Services Sales experience
• Thorough understanding of security principles and other associated cloud controls
• Proven experience in enterprise ICT solution or services sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling solutions related to Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of ICT technologies and trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or commensurate experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Financial Services or Telecommunications arena is highly advantageous

Salary : CAD 90K to 110K Base Plus Commission
