Role Overview



We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically-minded experienced Sr.

Account Executive,

to join our team. You'll be working with our growth team (made up of sales, marketing, and customer success), talking to our enterprise clients, helping them create more efficient operations through the deployment of smart devices and software. You'll also get the chance to contribute to our go to market strategy, aiding in creating a message that speaks to our target audience at scale. This is a great opportunity to influence the whole customer journey, not just passively handle leads. You will also help us refine the pitch for new product launches and work closely with industry partners.

This is a hybrid opportunity which requires you to be on-site three days a week.

Role Responsibilities



Actively prospecting and qualification of opportunities You'll prepare and present business cases to customers' leadership teams, demonstrating how Operto can add value to their business. Present to a wide audience of potential buyers including C-level and executive sponsors both in person and virtually You will be persistent in your follow up with enterprise customers by facilitating regular meetings to demonstrate how Operto's product can add value to their business Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities Nurture leads through the sales cycle and close deals Closing opportunities and preparing each project for a successful deployment Crafting compelling messaging, whether it's a sales email or a landing page Attend internal meetings to discuss sales pipelines Meet quarterly sales targets as set out by the company

Role Requirements



5+ years of experience selling to clients Conduct effective sales and solution discovery and qualification Proficiency in salesforce,and other CRM or automation tools Build a healthy pipeline through a combination of inbound and outbound prospecting efforts An entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing business Experience using sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, Consultative Selling, etc.) Dynamic and flexible; we're a startup, so things change often and quickly Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing strategies Analytical, process and detail-oriented Enthusiastic about technology

Are familiar with a B2B SaaS sales setting Previous exposure to hotels and short-term rentals Possess previous knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing Are multilingual as our clients are world-wide
