They own, manage and operate extensive fibre-optic networks across Ottawa, Winnipeg and many cities within Saskatchewan. Our client provides scalable and flexible solutions to meet current and future connectivity needs for organizations, enterprise business customers, and service providers and carriers. Their network is designed for high availability, ensuring virtually no downtime by using fibre optics for all of their connections. Our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive to be able to scale and nurture the business across Winnipeg.

About the role: Senior Account Executive [Winnipeg]

As a Senior Account Executive, you will spearhead the Winnipeg territory with the goal of nurturing existing accounts while simultaneously hunting for net new business. Using your natural sales skills, drive and determination, you will locate, qualify, propose and close new opportunities in an effective and efficient manner.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications space is considered an asset.
  • You are a driven professional with a hunter mentality that enjoys the entrepreneurial aspect of building out and expanding the book of business
  • As a Senior Account Executive, we are looking for a reliable and confident addition to be at the forefront of the company in this territory
  • You must have excellent communication and professional relationship development skills.
  • You must be comfortable and confident in presenting, negotiating and closing
  • You must have a driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and be comfortable with local travel to occasionally meet clients face to face

  • A competitive package: base salary of $85,000+ with guaranteed total earnings of 150,000+ uncapped commissions
