Key Responsibilities:

Perform trailer repairs, including structural repairs, welding, and fabrication. Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to modify, repair, or fabricate trailers. Inspect and assess trailers for damage, identifying areas needing repair or replacement. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols. Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve complex repair issues. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a trailer repair fabricator, welder, or in a similar role, using comparable tools. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes. Experience working with metals, including aluminum, steel, and other materials. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Certification in welding or related fields is a plus.
