Purpose of the Role



Under the supervision of the Director, Digital Acquisition, the SEM Specialist will be responsible for the development, creation, follow-up, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on various media for La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village.



Main Responsabilities



Implement media planning and integrate acquisition strategy. Contribute to the development of customer acquisition KPIs, strategies and campaigns. Create, coordinate, and manage customer acquisition strategies and campaigns on search engines and social media. Optimize campaign content to maximize campaign performance. Use AI for campaign optimization and content creation to gain efficiency Contribute to planning between internal and external teams. Research and analyze keywords in collaboration with the SEO Specialist to target the best PPC strategies. Create, analyze, and correct text and text ads in accordance with SEO standards for advertising campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and write analysis and recommendations related to campaigns to improve ROI and ROAS. Develop, implement, and monitor acquisition programs. Develop traffic acquisition strategies with internal teams. Contribute to the increase of the conversion rate and sales by implementing different customer acquisition strategies. Conduct marketing intelligence on online advertising and analyze competitors' websites to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate and be responsive to customer acquisition opportunities raised by other departments. Create weekly and monthly reports indicating efforts, impact on SEO, SEM, and social media performance. Monitor, measure, and track search metrics and analyze trends. Collaborate on various digital projects.

Your profile



Analytical and performance-driven mindset: You master data and performance indicators (KPI, ROI, ROAS) to turn numbers into actionable and profitable strategies. Strategic and digital creativity: You know how to blend analysis and innovation to build impactful acquisition campaigns optimized for search engines and social media. Curiosity and marketing awareness: You stay on top of market trends, advertising innovations, and competitor activity to identify the best acquisition opportunities. Collaboration and agility: You work in synergy with internal and external teams, share insights and recommendations, and adapt your strategies with agility based on results. Rigor and attention to detail: You ensure that every campaign is well-targeted, optimized, and aligned with business objectives--from the initial brief to the final performance report.

Requirements



A Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce concentration or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years on digital marketing campaign management and optimization on search engines, social media, and digital platform (SEM). A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required in marketing and e-commerce. Proficiency in setting up SEM campaigns (GoogleAds, Facebook and Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn and more). Bilingual, both verbal and written (The person will be working with partners outside of Quebec). Writing skills (an asset). Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing best practices, SEM and SEO. Experience in retail and e-commerce (an asset). Attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritization. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to quickly find solutions to problems. Creative mind, strong interest in the fashion industry and copywriting. Mastery of the following tools: GA4 360 Google Ads (Search Ads 360) DV 360, SA 360 and CM 360 Google Tag Manager Facebook Ads and Analytics Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn Bing Criteo (an asset) Knowledge of the Optimizely platform and HTML (an asset).
