The Opportunity:

Under SellOffVacations, we are looking for a Selling Supervisor to join us in making vacation dreams come true. In this role, you are responsible for the daily operation of the Branch office! You will maintain personal targets and goals while ensuring branch targets are achieved through mentoring and coaching staff, implementing company policy and procedures, and organizing Local Marketing and Networking events. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager, and will be located in London, ON.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise the daily operation of the office and proper staffing
• Monitor and motivate staff development via performance appraisals, one-on-ones, and feedback
• Organize local business building promotions and networking
• Ensure audit and security requirements are met
• Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients
• Sell a full range of preferred supplier product
• Provide accurate, complex travel information
• Resolution of client pre-travel complaints with minimal guidance
• Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators and various Internal Support departments
• Invoice client files and documents accurately

What Youll Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Counsellor in a Retail Travel environment or similar experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have a positive attitude, love change and new challenges!
