We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Seller to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for toys and anime sales. As a Seller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key in driving sales and promoting our products.

Duties

Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding of the products. Utilize effective communication skills to upsell additional products or services that complement customer purchases. Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising techniques, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or through online channels. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales area tidy. Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in merchandising will be beneficial for maintaining product displays.
