Job Title: Self-Employed Account Manager - Automotive Industry (East US Region)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Self-Employed individual located in Toronto Canada to join our team, self motivated focusing on the Automotive industry in the East US Region (Toronto, Michigan, Illinois). This role is pivotal in driving business growth by leveraging existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Develop new business with existing and new customers, identifying areas of improvement to exceed sales targets.

Customer Liaison:

Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Product Delivery:

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products, meeting customer needs and objectives.

Cross-Border Communication:

Collaborate with our Taiwan Headquarters and China branch offices to communicate customer requirements effectively.

Sales Metrics:

Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on account status and performance.

Opportunity Identification:

Identify and grow opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Issue Resolution:

Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

BS degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).

Industry Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronics industry.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Solid experience with MS Office.

Problem Solving:

Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Language Skills:

Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages.

USD 72,000.00~USD 90,000.00 per year
