Tasks

Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair Repair or replace defective or worn parts and components Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning Calibrate products using hand tools Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards Splice, join and connect wires Prepare floors for installations Install, replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes Conduct voltage, resistance and other tests using electrical test equipment Connect cables, tubes and wires Connect cables, tubes and wires to complete assemblies and installations Attach protective devices to products to protect against shoplifting Install and wire electric and electronic control system devices Select and set up camera equipment Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
