Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant

Security Supervisor

to oversee and lead security operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of facilities, assets, and personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. The Security Supervisor will play a key leadership role by supervising on-site security teams, responding to incidents, and

traveling site-to-site to train, audit, and mentor security guards

.

A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy.



Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and support security personnel to ensure effective coverage and compliance with post orders.

Travel regularly between client sites using a personal vehicle; eligible mileage will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Conduct guard training, performance evaluations, and site inspections to ensure service quality. Monitor CCTV systems and conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and manage conflict situations professionally. Oversee access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Identify security risks and implement loss prevention strategies to protect client assets. Lead emergency response efforts, including first aid/CPR, evacuations, and coordination with law enforcement or emergency services. Ensure compliance with company policies, provincial licensing requirements, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation including incident reports, shift logs, training records, and site audit reports. Serve as a liaison between management, clients, and on-site security teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in security supervision, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred. Strong leadership, training, and team management skills. Excellent conflict management and de-escalation abilities. Proficiency with CCTV systems and security monitoring technology. Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Knowledge of loss prevention practices and access control systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (mandatory); mileage reimbursement provided as per company policy.

Ability to travel between multiple sites, including evenings and weekends as required. High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
