We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective coverage of the premises Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV to detect suspicious activity and respond promptly Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential security risks or breaches Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage Respond to security incidents, investigate disturbances, and prepare detailed reports Enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards and company guidelines Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies Train new security staff on surveillance techniques, loss prevention measures, and emergency procedures

Skills

Proven experience in law enforcement or security management roles Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques Expertise in loss prevention strategies and incident response Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team Good communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with other departments Ability to assess risks quickly and make sound decisions under pressure Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and legal regulations related to security operations
