As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.


Schedule : Mon-Fri 0800-1600


Location- St Catharines

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Supervisor

Lead a team of on-site security guards Direct, Monitor and Supervising a team of 10 or more persons Maintain Client relationship Conduct mobile enforcement as directed by Client Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports All other related duties

Be authorized to work in Canada This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. Excellent leadership skills 1-2 number of years of experience in security and team management Full G license First aid certification required Hold a valid security license
