As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.


Schedule : Monday-Friday 0700-1500


Location : N2H 5G5

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Supervisor

Lead and manage on-site security team Oversee team performance, quality, and daily schedules Train, coach, and support security staff Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Post Orders Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV systems Ensure guards are up to date with all instructions Manage and issue access cards Complete and review daily and incident reports Assist with investigations and manage onsite emergencies Act as liaison between security team and stakeholders Perform other related duties as required Proficient in technology, including Google OS, Android, and Google applications

Be authorized to work in Canada This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. Excellent leadership skills One year of experience in security supervisor and team management First aid certification mandatory Hold a valid security license
