As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Site Supervisor

Lead a team of on-site security guards Responsible for creating the employee schedule based on the next weeks tasks and manage the team on a day to day basis on site level. Manage inventory control (Uniforms) Responsible for the signing authority for the security license that are issued Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions Promote and support the daily administrative tasks and training staff on the technology access on site level Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports All other related duties

Be authorized to work in Canada This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last. Excellent leadership skills 1-3 nf years of experience in security and team management First aid certification manditory Ability to hold a valid security license
