Canadian Arctic Protective Services (CANAPS) is Looking for Full time Site Leader to add unto our current roster. Be ready to join a serious and professional team located in Iqaluit Nunavut;
Position : Security Site Leader
Training : Training provided internally with in class settings by accredited instructors and via online modules with our newly established academy.
Site Leader responsibilities include:
Managing workflow.
Training new hires.
Managing team schedules.
Reporting to HR and senior management.
Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
Accredited, certification provided all free of charge for those working for our organization.
Equipment: Provided by us
Requirements:
Ability to undergo security clearance with CRC as minimum, in general good health and able to do mild physical demanding duties.
