O\'Leary\'s Pub is looking for Security Staff to add to the team! Ideal candidate should minimum of 1 year experience in a bar or pub. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS * Communication: staff security often work the door and must talk to people, ask for ID and answer any questions. In addition, they will need to talk to unruly patrons and possibly communicate with police if an altercation happens. * Decision Making: security need to be able to determine what to do quickly before a situation gets out of control. * Honesty: must be trusted by their employer not to allow underage people into the bar, or to let someone who is getting out of control stay on premises. * Observation Skills: security need to be on the lookout for trouble, be able to see false identification, and generally be aware of their surroundings. * Strength: If a physical altercation happens, security need to be able to break up fights and physically eject people when absolutely necessary Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 4-10 per week Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
