Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to work Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 at a site in downtown Vancouver

Some of your responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Performing interior patrols and conducting daily resident counts;

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining official visitor and resident logs, count sheets, and resident sign-in/out sheets;

\xc2\xb7 Writing clear and concise daily logs and reports of all incidents;

\xc2\xb7 Enforcing and maintaining resident curfews;

\xc2\xb7 Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts;

\xc2\xb7 Provide first aid in a prompt, accessible, and appropriate manner;

\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor;

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of site duties and safety standards.

Your Must \xe2\x80\x93 Haves \xe2\x80\xa6

\xc2\xb7 Basic Security License

\xc2\xb7 Residing in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for Government Clearances

\xc2\xb7 OFA 1 Certificate
