General Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our mobile patrol division staff , Static guards and Regional Director of Operations
- Ability to provide training and mentoring our security professionals on security policies and procedures in a calm effective manor
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships;
- Proactively manage team members with a focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, manage performance of direct reports;
- Work effectively with other departments, demonstrating strong administrative skills;
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support of employees including assisting with on going training, providing corrective support , and ensuring adherence to all company policy;
- Flexible availability Morning ,afternoon and evenings (*Must be available weekends* )
- Must be physically capable of driving, walking, and conducting patrols of various areas
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid BC Security Worker\'s License
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Minimum 2 YEAR supervisory or management experience in the security industry an asset; (We are also willing to train the right candidate)
- Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures
- Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
- Possess sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a \xe2\x80\x98hands on\xe2\x80\x99 approach to problem solving; strong conflict resolution skills required;
- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills;
- Must have strong leadership, social interaction, and organizational skills; proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;
- Possess strong knowledge of security procedures, scheduling, and managing people within a security services environment;
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
