As part of our mobile patrol team, you'll be on the road throughout your shift, performing routine checks, responding to alarms, and serving as a visible, calming presence. Each shift brings variety and responsibility, so you'll never be stuck in one place or facing the same routine.



A

valid Class 5 driver's license

and a

clean driving record

are essential, as you'll represent Edon in the community. Your attention to detail, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills will help ensure the safety of tenants and the public.

What will you do:

Maintain secure facilities

in line with Edon Management's standards and contract specifications

Identify and address security concerns,

ensuring the safety systems of the facility are functioning properly

Uphold order and enforce site regulations for

personnel, visitors, and premises

Respond to incidents,

generate

incident reports,

and

investigate security-related concerns

Conduct routine building walk-throughs

and generate detailed

reports

Follow access control

,

patrol procedures

, and

fire safety protocols

to maintain a secure environment

What are we looking for?

Minimum of two years' security experience Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Valid Alberta Security License

is required Class 5 Alberta Drivers License with no demerits Standard First Aid and CPR with AED considered an asset Completed Grade 12 Education Excellent knowledge of security practices Strong command of the English language (written and oral)
