Status: Full Time - 84 hours bi-weekly
Hours: Week #1 - Tue 0000-0730, Saturday 0000-0730, Saturday 2315-0730,
Sunday 2315-0730
Week #2 - Tue 0000-0730, Friday 0000-0730, Saturday 0000-0730,
Saturday 2315-0730, Sunday 2315-0730
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - 0 to 3 months
$18.75/hr - 3months to 1 year
$19.60/hr - 1 year +
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly
Requirements:

• Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years.
• Must provide drivers abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
• Valid Ontario Security Licence
• Previous security experience is an asset
• Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
• First Aid, CPR Level C
• Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to alarms and service calls
• Conducting property inspections
• Guard supervision
• Assisting with scheduling
• Client liaison
• Vehicle maintenance

Required Paladin LMS Courses:

• Driver's Licence
• Mobile Training
• Mobile Alarm Response Training

Certification Requirements (Any)
Clean Drivers Abstract
Valid G Licence
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
