The Site Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities of the World Exchange Plaza. The Site Manager develops, organizes, and manages the security program and its daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Site Description

The World Exchange Plaza is a triple "A" office complex, prominently located in Ottawa's downtown financial core, just steps from Parliament Hill. Encompassing an entire city block, the complex measures over 670,000 square feet and is comprised of two office towers, a three-level retail concourse (which connects the two towers), an underground parkade for 1,100 vehicles, and an outdoor Amphitheatre for informal gatherings.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a management position
• Extensive experience in the security industry and/or related fields such as policing are an asset
• Post-Secondary education in Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
• Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
• Fluent in French (Oral and Written)
