Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard/Crowd Control professional to join our team at Coors Event Centre. This role is crucial in maintaining safety and order during events, contributing significantly to our mission of providing a secure experience for all participants.
Responsibilities
Monitor crowd activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during events. Manage conflicts effectively to maintain a peaceful environment. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns. Enforce loss prevention strategies to protect assets. Maintain detailed reports of incidents and activities. Proven experience in security, hospitality and enforcement roles. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Serve it Right Certification is required. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $15.35 per hour
