A2A Security is seeking a highly trained and experienced

Security Guard

to join our specialized team. This role is ideal for professionals who can maintain composure under pressure and demonstrate tactical awareness in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive patrols and monitor high-risk zones with vigilance Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergencies and security threats Operate surveillance and communication systems with accuracy Maintain strong situational awareness and enforce site protocols Collaborate professionally with law enforcement and emergency responders Ensure the safety of clients, staff, and the public in sensitive locations

Qualifications:

Valid

Ontario Security Guard License

Minimum

3 years of security experience

, preferably in high-risk or tactical roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations Physically fit and mentally prepared to handle dynamic environments

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
