- Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
- Monitor access of entryways and exit points
- Conduct preventive surveillance rounds
- Point of contact with authorities and emergency services
- Interacting with customers and staff, and performing shop theft deterrence duties
- Be able to demonstrate crisis management at a high level
- Monitoring and utilizing CCTV equipment as needed
- Assisting staff in the event of an emergency situation
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license
- Current CPR-C standard certificate as issued by a WSIB-recognized provider
- 1-year tactical guard experience plus 1 year loss prevention experience
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
