Job Description
Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security professionals to work at the Research and Development site in Summerland. As a Security Officer, you'll be responsible site access control, continuous foot and vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the building.
Permanent shifts available:
- Monday to Friday 3pm till 11pm
- Monday to Friday 11pm to 7am
- Sat and Sun 7am till 3pm
- Sat and Sun 3pm till 11pm
- Sat and Sun 11pm till 7am
- BC Security Workers License.
- Class 5 Drivers License a clear driver's abstract
- OFA 1
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing security reports
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computers
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions. Liaison between the site and the public
- Interior and exterior patrols
- Access Control and visitor verification
