Job Description
Commissionaires BC is currently hiring for a Security Guard to work Sun & Mon overnight shifts in Lavington, BC. You must be living in Vernon or the surrounding areas before applying for this position.
Shifts available: Sun & Mon: 2300 - 0700
Your Must-Haves:
- You hold a valid BC security license
- Class 5 Driver\'s License and clean driver\'s abstract
- You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- You have proven time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision
- OFA Level 1
- Extensive foot patrols of a commercial building, interior and exterior.
- Keeping a written record of all equipment
- Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports.
- Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor.
- Above industry wages for the area
