Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance and regular patrols to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for incident reporting or investigations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries. Document all security-related incidents in detail for future reference.

Qualifications

Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems is advantageous. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid security guard license or certification as required by state regulations. Physical fitness to perform duties that may involve standing for extended periods or responding quickly in emergencies.

Pay: $16.88-$18.57 per hour
