Position: Security Guard, Logistics (Full Time)
Location: 65 East Cargo Road
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday11 pm to 7am
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.27
What does a Security Guard in Hamilton do?
- Security Screening with Handheld metal detectors
Monitoring of the cameras and patrols during down time * Providing uniformed, physical security to our client and its customers/visitors
- Interior and exterior patrols
- Conducting daily functions of the security unit including access control, security escorts, responding to calls for service, report writing/note taking and replacement for vacation book offs
- Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
- Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork
- Respond to internal alarms
- Take calls at security desk
- A positive and dynamic environment

- Valid Provincial Security Guard license
- First AID CPR
- Strong computer skills
