As a security guard for Commercial Building, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Performing Internal and External Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence.
• Hourly tower tours.
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client\'s site.
• Protect the client\'s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be good with Technology
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to Day shifts
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
