This is a hands-on assignment requiring active patrols, sound judgment, and a visible professional presence.

Job Duties

Conduct regular patrols throughout an

11-storey building

, including stairwells Complete

up to one-hour continuous patrols

Maintain and enforce

access control procedures

for tenants, visitors, and contractors Manage interactions with

unauthorized or vulnerable individuals

using respectful communication and de-escalation techniques Maintain a visible, professional security presence Deliver

excellent customer service

to tenants and visitors Complete accurate patrol and incident reports

Qualifications

Physically able to

stand, walk, and descend stairs for extended periods

Strong communication and observation skills Calm, professional approach in challenging situations High standard of appearance, professionalism, and conduct Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Valid security license Emergency First Aid Military, law enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience is an asset
