Are you ready to suit up?We are currently hiring a Full-Time Security Guard to work at an Aviation setting for a Temporary long term coverage in Winnipeg area. As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.What\'s in it for you?

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Mobile site patrols with G-Track devise
• Work as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
• Provide Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas
• Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off
• CCTV Monitoring
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Provide active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills
• Employee work alone process
• Must be familiar with Kantech Door Systems, and CCTV
• Provide excellent customer service
• Desk Duties
• Other duties as assigned by the client, company or Security Manager.

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• Must have Full Manitoba driving license
• Must be a Citizen or must have been holding Permanent Residency since 5+ years
• Must be be able to produce clear driving abstract.
• Must be able to work Overnight Shifts
• Controlled Goods Clearance is an asset
• Must be able to go through Reliability and Controlled goods clearance
• 1-3 years of experience required
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
